Rowan Gypsy by Amy Butler Stash |
Now, today let's take a look at one of our sister brands, Rowan. We know this is a FreeSpirit blog, but we gotta' brag a bit about our Rowan brand and the re-launch of Gypsy Caravan from Amy Butler's Stash (Cottons, available mid-April). Amy dug into her own stash and re-released 24 original prints from her very first fabric collection, Gypsy.
Perhaps your stash is already overflowing, or maybe you can make room for a little Gypsy in your life. Amy's hope is that Gypsy will awaken the gypsy in your creativity . . . much like Spring awakens so many beautiful things.
It's your turn. Again comment today only to be randomly selected to win six, one yard cuts of Rowan Gypsy Caravan by Amy Butler Stash. Come back tomorrow to see if you are the winner and our next featured fabric.

Spring = hayfever = staying indoors to sew! ;)
I completely missed Gypsy Caravan and would love to get my hands on some. I feel in love with her fabrics with the Charm range of which I have a few little scraps left! thanks for a superb giveaway
I am really excited about the re-release of Gypsy Caravan - I haven't been quilting long enough to have caught the original release :o)
Spring is a great time for renewal of the soul and fabric stash! Amy Butler is such an inspiration for creativity and example of what you can accomplish when you believe in yourself and your creations! Love ALL her fabrics!
Always room for a little Amy Butler in the stash. No one creates coordinated fabric like Amy.
Such a pretty line! Thanks for bringing it back.
Very beautiful fabric and my stash has LOTS of room!

I'm a big fan of Amy Butler. Am working on a duvet cover with a mix of her prints.
Oh, I have some Gypsy in my stash but could always use more, more, more. Love it!
I think I love the fabrics you are featuring today more than yesterday! Gorgeous. So many projects swimming through my head. Happy first day of Spring!
I would always have room for some more Gypsy :)
This fabric reminds me of the cooler, wetter aspects of spring: skies are gray, the colors of the flowers are a little muted. The anticipation of the coming storm, or that bundle of new fabric that should be coming in the mail. New project time!!

Congratulations to Sue! Haven't seen Gypsy Caravan before it's lovely and it also my dream... to have a caravan and explore the beautiful countryside. Linda
You chose another pretty collection to give away! Thanks!
I'm just getting into quilting, but have loved Amy Butler's designs for a long time. I have her Style Stitches book and would love to have some of her beautiful Gypsy fabrics to teach some of my friends how to make bags. Yay spring!
Spring is the most exciting time of the year. Life awakens everywhere. While I dearly love the hot summer months, spring is so much fun especially after a long cold winter.
Spring always renews my spirit. There is something about the Spring air and sunshine that awakens our creative juices. It breathes new life into my soul and the "free spirit" in me flourishes.
love the fabrics.. I really hope i can add some gypsy to my stash
Oooh! I don't have any of the Gypsy and would be happy to make some room for it! Love Amy Butler and nice of you to share the Rowan in the spotlight for a bit!

Spring means nesting to me. A time to get projects in order, dream about new ones and get rid of the clutter.
I just love Spring and what it means--Renewal. I just love the spring fabrics that have come out, and they definitely have motivated me to get busy. Thanks for the giveaway, and have a fantastic and creative spring.

Spring always seems to me to mean exams and stress! Hopefully this spring I win some beautiful fabric to cheer me up!
These are lovely, too. The light and airy feel is good for this time of year as we are waiting for some color and new growth. It's fun to think of many different projects.
Such pretty colors and so inspiring. Who couldn't use more fabric?
Katie

I love all Amy Butler fabric and adding six more yards to my stash would be heaven. Thanks for the giveaway.
I don't remember Gypsy Caravan at all, but the patterns are very 60's. Right now I'm working with some of my Charm scraps; I think it would be great fun to blend them, don't you? xxoo Patty
Spring is the time when I am completely amazed that the bulbs I planted actually bloom.
As I missed the original Gypsy Caravan, it would be grand to win some of the re-release. Perhaps a Gypsy themed skirt for me and some for a lovely Amy Butler quilt. These fabrics are very pretty. Thank you for the giveaway chance.
Spring, for me, is a time of renewal. I love planning gardens, smelling the wonderful flowers, and being able to walk outside without getting smothered by humidity. Usually it is also a time for me to re-evaluate my sewing projects and to set goals for what I want to accomplish in the next few months.
Can't wait to get some of this fabric.

Ooh, what a great giveaway! Amy's fabrics are all beautiful but I would love to add her Gypsy Caravan to my stash, I'm already dreaming up beautiful Spring dresses for my 1 year old baby girl xx
I love all of Amy's fabrics but I would love some of her Gypsy Caravan fabric. I'm already dreaming up gorgeous dresses for my 1 year old baby girl.
Spring means getting ready for summer since I live in a fairly warm area. I knit and sew short sleeved tops and summer dresses and skirts.
Love that peachy-paisley. I can see a little girl's dress out of that.
Have just the quilt in mind to use these beautiful fabrics with! Love the spring inspired colors!
Beautiful - perfect for a springtime outfit.
