  1. i'd have to try a quilt more along jane's lines, more folk art and less of the modern ones that i usually go for, with a lot more detail and attention to precision. could be a lot of fun!

  52. I have a daughter who has announced she needs a new bedspread, curtains and the little kid bedrails removed from her bed, and no longer likes the princess themed room she has....Sassaman is just enough fun to go to work in a little bit big little girls room.....the bright colours definitely appeal.

  55. Even though Jane's fabrics are almost too pretty to cut, after googling them, drooling over them, and, pulling them out just too look at before going to bed, I would eventually make something with them. While they would be a gorgeous quilt, I would not have the patience to match them as they would need to be matched. So, in keeping with my standard sewing projects, I would make smaller items. I could very well imagine something for the home.

    Simply lovely.

  60. Oh my, LOVE Jane's fabrics - have still a shelf full of some older ones!!! Color and design on Jane's fabrics is just so beautiful! With these new ones - I can see that beautiful border print framing some curvy, colorful ribbons of those solid-reading fabric and squares of all other prints in between them, tossed like confetti...Whish I could sent you my mental picture, LOL! Thanks for a chance to win!

  61. What would I make? I've been a fan of Jane's work for quite some time, so I'd probably have to just admire her work for a while. Then I'd take a cue from Jane's Quilted Garden book to make an original design with well-thought-out quilting. Lovely, lovely fabric!

  62. First time I saw this fabric I couldn't believe how beautiful it is. I am thinking of place mats to brighten my kitchen table!!!

  63. All those pretty fabrics. I would make some little dresses for my granddaughter for springtime. So pretty.

  64. If I won the fabrics, there would be several new quilts in the making. I keep coming around to Henri Rousseau. His jungle paintings totally lend themselves to Jane Fabrics. I told a friend I was using Jane's Early Birds fabrics for my quilt in progress and the her response was "Of course you are". I have quite the reputation as a serious Jane fan in my quilt circle.
