Blue Nickel Studio's Uberfest features Nel Whatmore's Sleeping Beauty

Nel Whatmore's Sleeping Beauty is being featured in a Quilt Uberfest happening now through October 16 and hosted by Blue Nickel Studios. A rather impressive list of bloggers are participating. Each day visit the specific site as noted below and find a 12” finished original block designed to work with each other or for you to create a sampler quilt or to simply create what ever inspires you. A Flickr page is set up for you to share your blocks.

In the meantime, take a moment and read about Nel and what inspires her art, fabric and other needlecraft products.

  4. I'm collecting the daily patterns for Uber fest so can make them. Will start with scraps, and hopefully, win some of Nel Whatmore's Sleeping Beauty fabric. I have some of Nel's first line, and she sent me the nicest email from the UK when I received the bundle. Looking forward to using this collection as the scale looks great for quilts - Uber quilts that is.

  12. The UberFest blocks showcase Sleeping Beauty very well. I'm having a slight setback keeping up the schedule to make the blocks as just beginning to recover from the flu. Meanwhile, I'm looking at the designers' Sleeping Beauty fabrics used in their blocks - and hoping to win. I can see why Scott selected this line.

My blog has a lot οf ехclusiνe content I've either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any techniques to help protect against content from being stolen? I'ԁ truly apprеciаtе it.
